• These tickets are valid for both residents and non-residents of the UAE. 

Timings

• Wednesday To Sunday - 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
• Sky Tour: 10:30 AM & 02:00 PM 
• Jais Flight:10:30 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 01:00 PM and 02:00 PM

Accessibility

• The tour can be taken by those under the age of 18 who satisfy the height and weight standards, but they must be accompanied and show a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian in order to do so.
• The applicant need to be in good health.
• Please be there at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Height requirements must be at least 122 cm, while weight requirements range from 40 to 120 kg.
